Once an order has shipped, delivery time is outside of our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.


TRACKING

All orders include tracking information once shipped.
Tracking details will be sent via email after the order is fulfilled.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

We are not responsible for customs delays or seized packages.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect will not be refunded.

Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
